Weaving capacity

Our factory has all logistics is necessary for to produce fabric item with many HS code classification 5407.52; 5407.51; 5407.61; 5407.69; 5512.19; 5516.22

We have the following weaving capacity:

1. With second hand machines SULZER 216 C:

12machines X 25days X 3shifts/day X 80kg/machine = 72 TONS/month

2. With new machines YS747-220:

48machines X 25days X 3shifts/day X 120kg/machine = 432 TONS/month

All capacity was increased after new investment at 500 TONS/month and it will be in according with our sales contracts for 2023 and 2024.
Our company is audited by HIT-Hohenstein institute fur Textilinnovation gGMBH for OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 “Confidence in textiles”.

All machines are imported and new and in full production.
We import dyed yarns or raw white yarns from India and Poland.
We use in production process dyed yarns in own capacity of yarn dyeing (300KG/hour X 2machines X 16 hours= 10 TONS/day X 25workingdays =250TONS/month) and the rest directly dyeing bought.
